What did FMI’s 2023 Look Like?

It is by God’s Grace that FMI was able to Facilitate, Mobilize, and Inspire indigenous church planters and disciple-makers.

Ministry Fruit

21,973+ people placed their faith in Jesus Christ for salvation through the ministry of 115 FMI partners across the ministry sites (most pastors are shepherding more than one ministry site!). This was a 78% increase over last year!

Bible Distribution

More than 20,000 Bibles were distributed by our partners in *18 different languages: Akamba, Bahasa Indonesian, Bangla, Chakma, Dari, Ekegusii, English, Farsi/Persian, Javanese, Kalenjin, Kiswahili, Luo, Masai, Pashto, Rakhine, Tripura, Turkish, Urdu

Audio Scripture**

The distribution of audio formats of Scripture, such as mp3 devices and micro-SD cards, have more than quadrupled over the previous year!

Most of FMI’s fields of partnership fall within the World Watch List’s Top 50 Countries where persecution of Christians is most severe. The current rankings, are shown below. The lower a number is, the more severe and frequent the discrimination and physical abuse is.
